Melike Ebit, BA in Communication & Public Relations from the National University of
Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, Romania and MSc in European
Studies from Aalborg University, Denmark, has experience in working as a PR assistant and
volunteering, with the main focus of collaborating with organisations that aim for social and
economic development and life improvement.
Her focus is to address a very important topic nowadays – the women’s leadership gap and
its causes. This article benefitted from a valuable collaboration with powerful and successful
women who have shared their stories and experience, giving a significant insight and an
original touch to it.
